None but note you will need MS .NET framework 2.0 or higher installed. Download is only 4.4Mb (less than 30 seconds using a 2Mb/sec broadband connection).

This is a great utility with a clean menu, easy to use and a very useful retrieve recorder and disc information function. No nags to upgrade either. There's also a useful forum to discuss any problems you might have. See the creators website for full information.
I've sucessfully created audio and data CDs and copied DVDs (non copyright of course) without any problems. Recommended.
